Nutrition Advice That Works In Your World
Help In Your Own Home, Online Or At Our Clinic
Nutrition Help For Mums, Athletes, And Everyone In Between
Cookie-cutter plans don't work in the real world. Your needs are your own. There’s no one-size-fits-all plan. If food feels hard right now, you can get help.
Whether you’re living with a disability, managing a health condition, juggling family life, or training hard - we work around your needs, your goals, and your lifestyle.
These services are for anyone looking for friendly, confident support. This includes:
NDIS Participants
You can get help with things like texture-modified diets, meal plans, or food routines in group homes or supported living.
Older Adults
Home Care Packages can cover nutrition support to help you stay well, stay strong, and stay active for longer.
Private Clients
Whether it’s gut problems, fatigue, or just wanting a better grip on eating habits, your health can improve with the right advice.
You’ve Got Better Things To Do...
Real-world changes are so much easier with a plan that adapts, integrates, and moves with you.
From helping you tweak what’s already in your pantry, to building a meal plan that works around your routine - support is here for whatever life looks like right now.

Dietitians Who Come To You
If you’re an NDIS, DSOA, or Home Care Package participant, you can also get support in your home, group home or residential facility.
A Healthy Life Made Easy
We travel all over Melbourne for home appointments. Face-to-face appointments are available in Dandenong and Glenroy. Our dietitians and nutritionists work with clients in both metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
You Talk, We Listen – That’s How It Starts
Appointments don’t need to feel clinical - these chats are relaxed. We’ll talk about your food, your habits, and what you want to work on.
Home Visits
If you're on the NDIS or a Home Care Package, you can get in-home support.
Your dietitian can come to your home, group home, or residential setting.
Clinic Appointments
Face-to-face appointments are available in Dandenong on Fridays and in Glenroy on selected days.
These face-to-face sessions work well if you want a regular spot to check in.
Telehealth Sessions
Not nearby? Busy schedule?
You can meet with your dietitian from anywhere via video conference - easy, flexible, and convenient.
You’re In The Driver’s Seat (We’re Just The GPS)
It’s about listening first - this isn’t about telling you what to do. We’ll figure out what’s already working, then build from there.
You’re In Control
Your health and routine shape the advice you get. Plans change as your needs do - If something doesn’t work, it changes. You stay in control.
Accredited Dietitians
You’ll be working with experienced dietitians who stay up to date with the latest nutrition science. All are Accredited Practising Dietitians and the team includes a Level 1 ISAK-certified Anthropometrist. This means your assessments are accurate and backed by science.
You’ll Work With The Right People
The focus is on what you can do today. Advice is realistic and based on what’s in your fridge - not someone else’s idea of “perfect eating.”
Could Food Be The Missing Piece?
Your health goals matter. Whatever you're managing, there’s a way to support it with food that suits you and your lifestyle.
If any of these sound like you, you’re in the right place.
What Happens In A Session?
You might go through what’s in your fridge, talk about cooking habits, or plan for eating out. No scales unless you want them.
No tracking unless it helps. It’s your life and your plan.
Sessions often include things like:
- Talking about your daily food routine
- Talking through how you feel about eating
- Planning meals that don’t add more stress
- Adjusting things as life changes
If you're in supported accommodation, you can also get help planning menus that work for both your needs and the people preparing the food.
