About Julian

Julian Rosenstein is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and the founder and director of Accelerate Nutrition. He established the practice with a clear goal — to build an industry-leading dietetics team within the disability, private practice and aged care sector in Australia.

Julian’s professional background spans elite sports and clinical NDIS settings. He works as a Sports Dietitian and continues to support athletes alongside his work with NDIS participants. He blends the latest nutrition science with a personalised approach — so things feel doable, not overwhelming.

Outside of work, Julian values time with family and friends, staying active and being outdoors. He also has a soft spot for music and gardening.

Julian's Approach

Julian Rosenstein is all about building real connections. He takes the time to understand your situation — your health history, your daily routine, your goals — and works with you to find strategies that actually stick. He’s warm, positive, and easy to talk to, with no judgement if things don’t go to plan.

Julian understands that no two people are the same. He takes an individualised approach, accommodating your food preferences, cultural background, and lifestyle to make sure his recommendations are practical and sustainable — not a one-size-fits-all template.

He’s continually inspired by the resilience of the individuals and families he works with. Whether it’s helping an NDIS participant find a meal routine that fits their living situation, supporting a vegan client with tailored advice, or guiding an athlete through a training block, Julian brings the same personalised, evidence-based approach. He’s here for the long haul — cheering you on every step of the way.
